NOTES FROM THE FIELD

Imnavait Creek is a small beaded stream in the headwaters of the Kuparuk River, on the North Slope, Alaska.  We are studying groundwater-surface water interactions and energy dynamics in the basin.

The Kuparuk River is the focus of my research in Arctic river energy balances.  We have instrumented this basin from 2013 through 2016.
